About Marc Emmelmann
Marc Eden is a home-grower based in San Diego, California, and he is also the Founder of Green Carpet Growing, a company that specializes in home grow consulting, cannabis cultivation education, training, grow room set-ups, and more. He is passionate about gardening cannabis indoors in grow tents, he harvests 4 – 6 plants each month for personal use, and he grows with organic potting soil, organic topdressing fertilizer, and LED lights.
New and would-be home-growers from around the world come to Green Carpet Growing in San Diego for private training programs, consulting, and interactive grow classes, as well as virtual consulting (video chat), home-grow set ups, and growing supplies. With a focus on personal instruction, Marc teaches and consults beginning and struggling gardeners from his own home because “there’s no better place to learn to grow at home, than at someone’s home-grow!” Most people believe growing cannabis at home is too hard, too challenging, and out of the realm of “fun” or “easy.” That is until they hear from Marc and Green Carpet Growing.
“I’m out in the trenches changing people’s limited beliefs about cannabis cultivation all the time, and I love doing so. Many people around the country don’t believe growing cannabis at home is a feasible, viable, enjoyable activity for them. You see, I do an interactive “Grow Your Own” demonstration on the West Coast Cannabis Tour bus every Saturday in San Diego, and engage people from around the country. After I’ve loaded the bus with plants, the first thing I say is — ‘Raise your hand if you think growing cannabis at home is hard to do.’
Everyone raises their hands.
For the next thirty minutes, I change their minds through lecture, demonstrations, and activities.
At the end of the experience, I ask everyone to raise their hands if they think growing cannabis at home is hard.
No one raises their hand.
